PAKISTHAN MUKKU
Pakisthanmukku is a small place in Kerala the southern
state of India.This is small junction situated at the boarders of pathanamthitta district and kollam district.kadampanad panchayat and Kunnathoor panchayath share boarders.This is not a hilly place but not so plain .There are two main paddy fields situated besides of this small junctions.ie thalayatt vayal on the south and punnakkattu vayal on the northeast.

Pakisthan Mukku is a Junction situated in the Kadampanad-Enath-Ezamkulam mini highway,3Km from Kadampanad and 5Km from Enath Junction.There is a deviation road from pakisthan mukku junction to Kottarakkara(south direction) via Puthoor.There is a small road(North direction) to the near by hill Pandimalappuram.
HISTORY
Earlier this place was a part of venad.After the formation of Kerala state this small place became the part of Kollam district.on 1st November1982pathanamthitta district was formed and this small place become the part of it.Earlier this place was known as colony junction.that may `due to the presence of a M N Lakshamveed.
ABOUT THIS PLACE
This is not a populated area.All people in this region are live frendly each other.People believe in many religion Hindu,Muslim and Christian.There is a pentecostal church named New India Bible Church situated at the Pandimalappuram road.Hasrathul Islam Jama'ath situated at the Puthoor Road.A Sivaparvathy temple is also located at pandimalappuram .5 km appart form Pakisthan mukku.Kadampanad Gramapanchayath office is situated 100m apart from pakisthan mukku to the west.Kadampanad PHC is too situated near that office.
